Description
The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7940G is a classic 2-line IP phone with a large pixel-based grayscale display and 4 fixed soft keys. Featuring inline power support (Cisco PoE), full-duplex speakerphone, and headset port, it provides a 10/100 Ethernet switch port for connecting a PC. One of the most widely deployed Cisco IP phones globally, the 7940G supports SCCP and SIP firmware for Cisco CallManager and third-party platforms. Still found in many Egyptian legacy installations, it remains a reference standard for basic enterprise IP telephony.
