Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Matjark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or business may maintain only one account per store

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Matjark only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Attempt to harm or exploit other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Subscription and Payment

• Free trial is available for 14 days with full feature access
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your business data. We do not claim any ownership over your products, customers, invoices, or other business information. You can export your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Matjark is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
